  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

    Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.

    You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

    Delivery times vary based on location and customs processing.

    Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the system.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • Rawtopix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

    For delays, please check the tracking and contact the carrier.

6. Address Accuracy & Modifications

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

    Rawtopix is not liable for reshipment fees if an incorrect address is provided.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

    Some products may have shipping restrictions depending on the location.
