  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the system.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • Rawtopix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.

  • If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information and contact the carrier first.

6. Address Accuracy & Modifications

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, Rawtopix is not responsible for reshipment fees.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
