Refund and Return Policy

At Rawtopix, we strive to provide high-quality women’s business fashion and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy as outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Items marked as Final Sale, Gift Cards, and Customized Products are non-returnable.

  • Returns must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email).

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team at info@rawtopix.xyz with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.

  3. Securely package the item(s) and include the provided RAN in the shipment.

  4. Ship the return package to the following address:

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • If the return is denied, we will notify you with the reason and ship the item back to you.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@rawtopix.xyz within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping fees.
